ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
The Journey of a Lifetime takes place in the Yucatán region of Mexico, an area known for its ancient Mayan heritage, powerful natural landscapes, and deep cultural traditions.
We chose Yucatán not only for its beauty, but for the atmosphere it creates.
It is a place where the rhythm naturally slows down, where nature and history invite a different kind of attention and where distance from everyday environments allows new perspectives to emerge.
The experience takes place in a private hacienda near Mérida, a discreet and carefully selected setting designed for a small, mature group. There is no rush, noise or external pressure here - only space for reflection, meaningful conversations, personal insight and renewed direction.
In this environment, it becomes easier to reconnect with what truly matters and to see life, work and future decisions with greater clarity.

WHY WE DO IT
Clarity rarely emerges in the middle of constant activity.
Over the years, we have observed that short, immersive experiences - when carefully structured and held in the right environment - often create deeper insights than long-term programs focused purely on theory.
The Journey of a Lifetime is designed to help participants:
→ Step away from the constant rhythm of execution
→ Create space for honest reflection and perspective
→ Reconnect with personal direction and priorities
→ Approach important decisions with calm and clarity

THE LIFE REVIEW METHOD
The basis of experience - The Life Review Method -
a practical model for founders and entrepreneurs.
At the core of this journey is a guided life review and reflection process, developed and refined by Neo Ross through years of personal practice.
Throughout the week, participants work daily with a 444 question workbook, designed to support deep, structured self-inquiry without pressure or performance.
The questions explore all areas of life:
-
Inner and spiritual life
-
Intellectual growth and curiosity
-
Professional direction and responsibility
-
Financial relationship and stability
-
Social connections and community
-
Family and close relationships
-
Physical health, energy, and vitality
Reflection is personal, private, and self-directed.
